SSSSSSLLLLLOOOOOO MMMMMOOOOOO VVVVVIIIDDDDEEEEOOOOOO

Slo/Mo Video: Touring Festival+DVD+Website, Seeking one hundred and twenty slow motion video submissions. Each exactly 1 minute in length. Deadline July 15th, 2005. Fiction and non-fiction, The more crunked up the better.

That sounds like a challenge. I'm game. Nick, didn't you say you just got an AE plugin that will do some kind of motion interpolation that would allow you to do convincing slow motion in already shot video?

Twixtor. Using it for bad lip sync right now. Works pretty nice in Final Cut, too. Except for the trying to mach lip sync part. I'm in utter pain. It's become the standard time remap tool. Smoove. I think the next version of Shake is cookin up some slomo magic.

Well, I can't bring home Shake, but I could probably get a plugin. We should make some 1 minute slow mo movies.

Nice idea...

I wonder if it has to be originated on video, or can I cheat + shoot true slow motion on super-8!? :)

Doesn't sound like they care.

As long as it's "crunked up"

I've decided I'm going to film a supermarket parking lot and slow it down with twixtor... I'm going to concentrate entirely on sound design to make it interesting. Should be a fun challenge.

I was thinking it would be cool to make a Video thing exquisite corpse video where everyone makes a 1 minute video, and then we make a 20 minute short out of it. Anything goes.

you can also use realviz retimer for this...
I'll try twixtor, never heard of it but sounds fun!!
