Video art, tools, A/V geekery, and general video weirdness.
I did some work with these guys a while back. Not only are they amazingly talented, they're sickeningly nice people. Their workflow is really interesting; the main group is sort of split into subgroups who work more or less autonomously but occasionally check in with each other. It's kind of a blurry hemi-Marxist process that makes the office a pretty interesting place to hang out. Someone will be shooting animation plates in a fishtank in one corner and reenacting a bank bust for rough motion cap reference in another.
